My Grandma has been making this calamari salad for all the years I can remember at our acknowledged Christmas Eve dinner.

The ingredient of Grammys Calamari Salad

  1. 2 lemons, juiced
  2. 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  3. 1 sprig lighthearted parsley, chopped
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. 3 pounds squid, cleaned and sliced into rounds
  6. 1 (2.25 ounce) can pitted black olives
  7. 4 stalks celery, chopped

The instruction how to make Grammys Calamari Salad

  1. In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Season gone salt and pepper.
  2. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. shake up in squid, and cook approximately 3 minutes, or until tender; drain.
  3. Toss squid, olives, and celery taking into account bearing in mind the lemon juice mixture. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
